Logline: Em 1484, na Alemanha, após viagem aos Montes Cárpatos, a revelia da Igreja, um Cavaleiro da Ordem da Cruz salva uma prisioneira acusada de bruxaria, tomando-a como esposa. Doze anos após, a mulher do cavaleiro descobre um livro secreto e faz conjuração invocando Lilith. Lilith invade a cabana do cavaleiro, mata o cavaleiro e transforma a mulher em Vampira. Lilith e sua amante vampira percorrem seis séculos e vários continentes, libertando e transformando outras mulheres em vampiras, até que em 2015, em New York City, travam uma batalha com os descendentes dos Cavaleiros da Ordem da Cruz.
